For Action KOTOR 1 & 2 are the best. And both won Best Game of the Year Awards.
Neverwinter Nights, a pretty cool,little boring game.
Gothic 1: The story of a convict,little boring,but best addventure magical RPG(role playing)
Gothic 2:The story continues in a great way,even better than gothic1
Gothic 3: A new capther for the nameless ex convict,play it,feel it,love it, at the end you will figure who is te Hero.

A spooky ones: Castle Wolfenstein series, beware,this game can scare the crap out of you!
Sared series,Fallout series are very cool.
Assasins Creed -Great game, the AC 2 relese in 09 march 2010 !!!!!
